Miso soy fish

I use Halibut when I make this, but almost any fish pairs wonderfully with this marinade!

20 to 25 minutes

Ingredients

1.5 pounds halibut (skin on)

1 minced garlic clove

1/2 tspn minced ginger

1 tablespoon white miso

1/8 cup soy sauce

1/8 cup sesame oil

1/2 tsp dried onion flakes


Directions

Combine the marinade ingredients and pour over fish in a glass dish or ziplock bag.  Marinade for 4 to 8 hours.  Prepare grill to 400 degrees.  Remove fish from marinade and set skin side down on grill pan.  Cook for 20 to 25 minutes depending on thickness of fish.  Fish should flake easily when done.  Scrape fish off skin using a large fork.
