1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 chopped almonds
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup unsweetened natural peanut butter
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cacao or higher)
1/3 cup craisins
Combine ½ cup slivered almonds and 1 cup rolled oats in foodprocessor and pulse until almonds are finely chopped.
Combine chopped almonds/oat mixture with ½ cup groundflaxseed, 2 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder in a medium bowl. Stir and then add 2/3 cup natural unsweetenedpeanut butter or almond butter and 1/3 cup honey. Mix well. Add 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips and 1/3 cup craisins. Mix and form into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate and enjoy!
