7 Tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
1 and 1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 and 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
5 tablespoons cacao nibs
3 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons unflavored collagen protein powder
Mix the above together in a large bowl and set in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Form into 1.5 inch balls with your hands. These store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
